Weilei is the Head of Ecosystem at Story Protocol, leading partnership, developer community growth, and strategic initiatives. Before Story, Weilei was part of the Dapper Labs team. There, he led the launch and growth of Flow blockchain, where he helped over 100 projects launch successfully and oversaw dev growth initiatives and regional strategies across Europe and APAC. Weilei started his journey in web3 full-time in 2017 and specializes in ecosystem bootstrapping and growth from 0 to 1.
