I was an early contributor to Ethereum, and one of earliest core contributors to the Near blockchain. I've seen things go up and down many times. In this presentation, I want to explore why crypto feels so intense, why we have burnout cycles where "it's busy now, but will be sane in two weeks", and what YOU as an individual can do to grow and maintain sanity through the volatility. This will be interactive and the interaction can be for a large audience.
