Paul Kim is the CEO and Co-Founder of Notifi. Prior to their current role, Paul served as the Director of Product at Circle from July 2021 to November 2021, where they were responsible for the Treasury, Payments, Merchant, and Core Platform products. Before their time at Circle, Paul was the Director of Product at Oracle from February 2020 to June 2021, where they oversaw the development tools and services for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. In addition, Paul served as the Senior Principal Product Manager for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure: Messaging and Observability from March 2019 to February 2020. Prior to their time at Oracle, Paul worked as a Senior Product Management Leader at Grab from January 2018 to January 2019, where they ran a team of PMs for Merchant Solutions and Driver Experience. Paul has also held roles as a Senior Product Manager Technical at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from June 2016 to December 2017

Building communities in web3 is crucial but lack of tooling leads to half effective solutions. In order for mass adoption, communication forms need to become public goods as it serves as the glue that holds ecosystems together as well as serving individuals with ways to manage the vast amounts of information floating in the social and crypto spaces. Community Engagement: Messaging tools foster community building, connecting crypto enthusiasts globally and promoting collaboration. Information Hub: These tools provide real-time updates, news, and educational resources, essential for informed decision-making and onboarding newcomers. Transparency and Trust: Messaging platforms support transparent discussions, debates, and governance decisions, fostering trust within crypto communities. Accessibility and Inclusion: They promote economic inclusion by offering free or low-cost communication, ensuring broader participation in the crypto ecosystem. Resilience and Decentralization: Distributed messaging platforms enhance resilience against censorship and disruptions, aligning with crypto's decentralization principles.
