Ben is a father, a former aerospace engineer, a crypto veteran, and the founder of ScopeLift, a dev shop building in the Ethereum ecosystem. ScopeLift’s culture focuses on technical excellence. The company has written high stakes smart contracts which have collectively custodied or processed billions of dollars. ScopeLift's clients include Uniswap, Optimism, Gitcoin, Endaoment, Llama, Obol, PoolTogether and others. DAO Governance engineering is a major focus for ScopeLift, and has been central to much of their work. ScopeLift is also the creator and steward of Umbra, a stealth address protocol for EVM networks. Since its launch in 2021, Umbra has processed $300 million worth of assets from tens of thousands of users.
