InterPlanetary Consensus (IPC) is a transformative blockchain architecture that enables planetary-scale performance by introducing the innovative concept of blockchains within blockchains. The talk will describe how InterPlanetary Consensus (IPC) is a transformative blockchain stack that enables planetary-scale performance by introducing the pioneering approach of recursively scalable blockchains, with <1s transactions, infra-level compute workloads, and customizable runtime modules.
