RPGF is a visionary idea, but to fully deliver on the promise of RPGF it will we must develop norms and infrastructure to support it. We propose developing a "Retro Public Goods Organization" which only takes retro profit, and discuss how that might attract investment, reduce voter fatigue, etc.
