This talk explores how we can modify PageRank to build an algorithmic reputation system on Ethereum. The system assigns reputation scores to addresses based on transaction history, without requiring any personal data from end-users. We will present empirical results and discuss how this system can improve the Ethereum ecosystem by sybil mitigation, defi credit scoring, and other applications.
