2. Associate Wallet with Github

OpenQ will then validate your data matches Buidl Box. If it does, wait for the email from OpenQ to start KYC. If your data is incomplete, or you know you entered bad information, use this form to make changes to your bounty payout request.

5. Upload W8/W9 Form

ETHDenver will then validate your data meets requirements. If accepted, you will get an email of the acceptance after ETHDenver submits contract to Polygon. If changes are needed, you will be notified.
